I originally embarked on this journey to become my happiest & healthiest self. Once I got there, I thought, uuhhh… Now what?!
Then I realized: being the happiest & healthiest version of ourselves is a daily practice and a journey that will actually never end! As we get older, as we get married, as we have children, as we move, as we face health issues, and – essentially – as life happens, we will always have to re-evaluate & re-assess 1) what our health, fitness & nutrition goals are and 2) the most effective ways to attain them that fits into our constantly changing lifestyle.
This page is meant to motivate, inspire, encourage & support you on your own never-ending journey, while also sharing my heart and my own journey with you!
Keep in mind- what works for me won’t always work for you (and vice versa). We all have different goals, experiences, and lifestyles and that is the beauty of the journey. What’s most important is to find what works for YOU and to stick to it.
This page will be here for you when you’re at your best and when you’re at your worst because, unfortunately, part of the journey also includes challenges, losses, anxieties, depression, weight gain, and not always feeling like our best selves. In those moments, we need to show ourselves just as much if not MORE love. We need to accept that the struggles are a part of our ride and know that showing love, patience, and forgiveness to ourselves will help us get back on the right path.
Regardless, please know that we are in this TOGETHER… because road trips are always more fun with someone else in the car!
