These little nuggets are 1) delicious, 2) healthy, 3) energy-boosting, and 4) let’s face it- adorable! The best part? This recipe can be adapted to suit your taste & preference. You can play around with the ingredients; just make sure you’ve got something in there that will help them stick together.
I love eating these for a little afternoon pick-me-up or pre/post workout.
– 1/4 cup 100% cacao chips
-1 medium banana
-1 cup rolled oats
-4 tbsp peanut butter powder (I used PB2)
-1 packet of Stevia
-1 squirt of honey
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-Add all the ingredients in a bowl
-Mix together with your hands (they’ll get messy!)
-Form into 1 tbsp sized balls
-Refrigerate for 1 hour
-EAT & ENJOY!
