Q: What is a ‘virtual wellness boot camp’?

A: A virtual wellness boot camp is similar to a support group in which a group of people all make a commitment to practice building healthier habits throughout the duration of the boot camp and share their successes and struggles along the way. Everyone in the group is connected via a PRIVATE social media platform or app, usually a Facebook group, and sets their own personal goals that they will work toward during the boot camp. Group leaders will post recipes, resources and tips and will hold members accountable through a series of daily activities and check-ins. Group members are also encouraged to share healthy recipes and resources. There are often prizes and other incentives to encourage members to reach their goals.

Q: How long is the boot camp?

A: A virtual wellness boot camp usually lasts either 21 or 30 days. There are also some shorter, 5-day boot camps as well.

Q: I’m busy. How much of my time will the virtual wellness boot camp require?

A: That is totally up to you! You are by no means required to post anything in the group (though you will get much more out of it if you do) and you can join the boot camp just to get access to the motivational posts, recipes, and resources. It is suggested that you check-in at least once per day, but some members choose to do so more or less. You can also turn the notifications off if you prefer to check in and out at your own leisure.

Q: What happens when the virtual wellness boot camp is over?

A: Also up to you! Virtual wellness boot camps are run monthly, so if you’d like to keep the momentum going (which is encouraged), you can happily jump right into the following month’s group. You will also have continued support, encouragement and mentoring outside of the group if desired as well. If you decide that the virtual wellness boot camps are not for you, you can opt-out at any time.

Q: Does the virtual wellness boot camp cost anything?

A: The virtual wellness boot camp costs this: an investment in yourself! It’s a proven fact that when a service is free, we are less likely to use it or take it as seriously as we would if we invested something into it. We want this challenge to be an investment into yourself & your physical and mental health to ensure one thing – SUCCESS. Therefore, the boot camp comes as part of a ‘wellness package’ that you will use throughout the duration of the group, which includes EVERYTHING you need to get started (see list above!). All programs/products included in the wellness package have been created by fitness experts & nutritionists. There are varying price points depending on your needs. We will discuss the right package for you to get RESULTS based on YOUR goals.

Q: What if I don’t get results or don’t like the program/product I choose? Can I get my money back?

A: Yes! There is a 30-day money back guarantee if you aren’t happy with your results or the program/product you chose. You can use the programs & the products as much as you want (and even finish the entire bag of protein supplement, for example) and still get your money back – no questions asked.
